Hales Corners trustee Kenneth Meleski will not seek reelection in spring election

The Village of Hales Corners has announced that Kenneth Meleski, a current Village Trustee, will not seek reelection in the upcoming 2025 Spring Election. Meleski's term is set to expire in April 2025, and he has filed a Notification of Noncandidacy on December 20, 2024.

This notification aligns with Wisconsin Statutes §§ 8.05(1)(j), 8.10(2)(a), and 8.20(8)(a), which govern such declarations. The deadline for filing a Notification of Noncandidacy is December 27, 2024.

Individuals interested in running for the Village Board seat must submit all necessary documentation by January 7, 2025, at the James R. Ryan Municipal Building in Hales Corners. Sandra M. Kulik, the Village Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer, can provide additional information about the election process.
