Spring native plant sales are taking place throughout the Milwaukee area. These events provide an opportunity to support local ecosystems, attract pollinators, and enhance yards with hardy, low-maintenance plants.
Several sales are scheduled in the coming months. MMSD's Spring Rain Garden Plant Sale will conclude on April 3, 2025. The Ozaukee County Native Pollinator Plant Sale is set to end on April 11, 2025. The Friends of Wehr Native Plant Sale will run until April 23, 2025.
Further sales include the Friends of North Prairie Native Gardens Sale ending on May 10, 2025, and the Friends of the Monarch Trail Plant Sale concluding on May 11, 2025. On May 17, three sales will take place: the Ozaukee Master Gardeners Plant Sale, Wildflowers for Wildlife Native Plant Sale, and Burlington Area Garden Club Annual Plant Sale.
The Elm Grove Beautification Committee will host their plant sales during May and June of 2025.
These events offer a chance for residents to contribute positively to their environment while beautifying their gardens.
