Anh Hang, Vice President of the Greater Greenfield Community Chamber (GGCC), is driven by the principle that every resource should yield value. "I watch my money. It’s got to yield me some sort of return," she stated, reflecting on her decision to join GGCC and assess its potential benefits. With her experience as a Primerica Regional Vice President and independent financial planner, this analytical approach is second nature.

In her role at the financial services company, where she leads a team of about 29 agents, Anh developed skills that prepared her for leadership within GGCC. "It helped me boost my skill sets on both sides of the equation," she said, emphasizing the importance of long-term relationships over short-term goals in business. "So, it leads to more meaningful conversations and finding ways to support each other [chamber members]," Anh explained.

Anh aims to invigorate GGCC by serving as Events Committee Co-Chair. After discussions with President Tracy Champagne, she proposed reducing regular events to two key gatherings—First Friday Coffees and monthly luncheons—to focus efforts and enhance their impact.

Looking forward, Anh envisions increased community involvement for GGCC through volunteer activities. She mentioned Rebecca Guardiola's efforts in securing a volunteer opportunity with Cold Spring Salvation Army, which could strengthen partnerships within the chamber network. Anh also expressed interest in educational initiatives for youth development alongside networking events.

Regarding GGCC's structure, Anh noted, "It might not be as structured as other chambers, but we’re the most personable." She values conversations with members who aspire to elevate their businesses and hopes they see GGCC membership as a valuable investment.
