There were 6,615 students enrolled in West Allis-West Milwaukee School District in the 2024-25 school year, 4.7% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 51.9% identified themselves as boys, 48.1% as girls.
