On Sunday, March 9, former South Milwaukee High School standout Joey Meyer’s current college team, the Lindenwood Lions, lost 5-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Eastern Illinois Panthers.

The game took place at Lou Brock Sports Complex. This was their third matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 1 p.m. at Lou Brock Sports Complex against Evansville Purple Aces.
