Franklin Public Schools shares latest district newsletter with upcoming events

The Franklin Public Schools (FPS) District has released its latest newsletter, covering a variety of topics and events relevant to families and staff. The newsletter includes messages from Annalee Bennin highlighting "Proud Happenings" within the district.

Upcoming events are noted, such as the FHS Jazz Cabaret scheduled for Saturday, February 22. The district also acknowledged WI School Bus Driver Appreciation Week which took place last week, alongside Adult School Crossing Guard Week.

District news features several key updates including a final call for feedback on facility planning and an overview of the successful Annual CultureFest. Additionally, there is mention of the FHS Construction II Ribbon Cutting event for a house build project and an update on a PowerSchool data breach. Other highlights include Savvas Literacy Night, K-12 Fine Arts Gallery Night on Thursday, February 27, and upcoming trades hiring and resource nights.

The Saber Center for the Performing Arts is promoting its next event on March 1 titled "The Improvised Broadway Musical." The center will also present "The Addams Family - A New Musical Comedy."

Community Education & Recreation updates include information about a new registration system set to launch soon along with current winter/spring recreation guides and programs.

Franklin Educational Foundation announced new dates for their Spring Consignment on April 12 and Spring Pickleball event on April 26.

Additional announcements include Winter-Spring Series Family Info Sessions, UMPS Spring Craft Fair scheduled for March 8, job opportunities within FPS, as well as various community events and flyers.
