Rebecca Guardiola, a board member of the Greater Greenfield Community Chamber (GGCC), is noted for her active involvement in community efforts. Tracy Champagne, Chamber President, describes Rebecca as a "perfect fit" for her roles as GGCC Board Member and Events Committee Co-Chair.

Rebecca, who works at Waterstone Bank, states that the bank allows her to identify and address community needs effectively. She describes Waterstone as a "small community bank" with the capabilities of a larger institution but the flexibility of a smaller organization. This flexibility enables quick decision-making and direct client interaction.

The GGCC is currently in a growth phase with numerous opportunities to help businesses enhance their visibility and outreach. Rebecca aims to connect non-profits, civic groups, and city government entities with "synergistic partners" within the GGCC to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

An example of this work includes organizing GGCC members to volunteer for The Salvation Army at Pick 'N Save on 76th and Layton. Rebecca coordinated time slots for bell ringing and volunteered herself alongside Anh Hang, another Events Committee Co-Chair. They also helped tend The Salvation Army's garden last summer.

In her personal life, Rebecca's commitment to community service aligns with her professional endeavors. Residing in Greendale with her family, she engages in various local activities and events. Her family's involvement extends to supporting the Greenfield High School Marching Band through a two-year partnership due to her teenager's participation.

Rebecca emphasizes that chamber involvement yields returns proportional to one's input. She encourages those interested in joining GGCC initiatives to reach out, highlighting the abundance of opportunities available despite limited manpower.
