The Village of Hales Corners in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, has enacted Ordinance 24-04. This ordinance amends Chapter 445 - Zoning to repeal and recreate Article V., Floodplain-Wetland Protection. The update aligns with new flood hazard determinations from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
