A public hearing will be held on September 6, 2022 at 6:45pm in the Common Council Chamber to consider a proposal to rezone properties at 2318 10th Ave, 2410 10th Ave, 2430 10th Ave, 1001 Marquette Ave, and 1015 Marquette Ave from M-2 to C-3.
