Census Bureau: More women than men in West Milwaukee in 2020

Of the 4,128 people living in West Milwaukee in 2020, 51.6 percent (2,128) were women and 48.4 percent (2,000) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Milwaukee South News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 131. In the 65 and over age range, there were 364 females and 239 males.
