Mardi Gras Menu
Maxie’s is once again switching out its menu for an all-special Mardi Gras Menu this year. We’ll feature this NOLA-centric special menu Feb. 25, 26, 28 & Fat Tuesday, March 1.
We are accepting reservations, and strongly recommend reservations. Please call 414-292-3969 or find us on OpenTable to make a reservation.
This is the time of year we bust out those Cajun & Creole specialties, like Duck Gumbo, Crawfish Étouffée, Catfish Courtbouillon, Crispy Boudin Balls, and Maxie’s Muffuletta. While we can’t have the party we normally would, we will have a 4-piece band of Extra Crispy musicians roving the restaurant from 6-8 p.m. during the four nights of our Mardi Gras Menu.
Maxie’s Happy Hour — featuring Buck Off! Drinks and $1 Fresh-Shucked Oysters will be available from 4-6 p.m. every night.
(Note: Fish Fry will not be available during Mardi Gras Menu on Friday, Feb. 25. Regular menu items may not be available Feb. 25 through March 1. Menu and prices subject to change. Happy Hour specials for in-house dining only; not available for curbside to-go. We’re back to our regular menu and Fish Fry on Ash Wednesday, March 2.)
The Mardi Gras Menu will also be available curbside these four nights — order online and over the phone at 414-292-3969. We’re running with limited phone lines, so please try us again if the lines are busy. To help ensure the best experience for our guests in the restaurant, we may pause or restrict curbside to-go availability based on volume during our Mardi Gras Menu.
Our online Catering Store now has a special Mardi Gras Family Box, with Jambalaya or Vegetarian Jambalaya, Crawfish Étouffée, Maxie’s Mighty-Mighty Gumbo, and Maque Choux Salad to feed four for $90, with pickup at Maxie’s, 11 a.m.–5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25; Saturday, Feb. 26; Monday, Feb. 28; or Tuesday, March 1. Add a KING CAKE to your Mardi Gras Box!
