On Dec. 11, Edward Wistl, Trustee, or His Successor in Trust, Under the Wistl Living Trust, Dated 120/11/1998 sold their commercial property at 7210 W. Greenfield Ave., W. Allis to Dominic Ambroselli for $1,150,000.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $12,384.36, which is 1.08% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2019, seven properties sold in West Allis.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Deborah a Ladig, 67, was the only registered voter residing at 7210 W. Greenfield Ave., W. Allis as of Oct. 10, 2020.
