The property at 7629 W. Hayes Ave., W. Allis was sold on Jan. 22 by First United Methodist Church of West Allis for $180,000. The buyers were D and B Lawn Service LLC.

So far in January 2021, 13 properties sold in West Allis.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Patricia Christine Cole, 71, was the only registered voter residing at 7629 W. Hayes Ave., W. Allis as of Oct. 10, 2020.
