Donations Welcome for 2021 Holiday Food Drive Nov. 20
The West Allis Community Improvement Foundation (WACIF) Holiday Food Drive is a month away! Participate this holiday season by donating non-perishable food items to benefit West Allis food pantries. How can you help? Read on!
Stop by Early at the West Allis Farmers Market
To attend, visit the West Allis Farmers Market, 6501 W. National Ave, on Saturday, Nov. 20, from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Shop the market and enjoy food trucks including Tots on the Street, Taqueria La Vecindad, El Sazón Dominicano, and Nothing Bundt Cakes, as well as hot beverages from Ay Chihuahua Coffee. Please note the full market will start at 1 p.m.
Item Drop-Off at the City Logo Trailer
Look for the city logo trailer to drop off your items. The first 100 people to donate five items or more will be entered into a prize drawing for city logo merchandise! Can't make it? You can also help by donating online when you visit www.westallisfoundation.org; you will be directed to PayPal and can make a donation when you select, "Food Pantries." This will be listed under the title, West Allis Civic Improvement Foundation, Inc. Your donation will make an impact on the lives of so many in need within our community this holiday season.
