City of Greenfield issued the following announcement on September 30.
Important Reminders:
- Please have leaves raked out to the curb/road edge by 7:00 AM on the Monday of your designated pick-up weeks below. No leaves should be placed out for pick-up prior to the week of October 11, 2021.
- Residents are strongly encouraged to mulch their leaves. Learn more about the benefits of mulching.
- Residents may drop off leaves at the Division of Public Works (4551 S. 52nd Street), in marked bins on the south side of the building.
- Include ANY other material such as branches, stones, and grass clippings.
- Are blocked by parked cars or other obstacles.
- Are placed too far from the road edge or curb edge. They are not to be placed in ditches or in driving lanes.
- Are left in an alley or on a median.
