Of the 36,066 people living in Oak Creek in 2019, 49.7 percent (17,915) were women and 50.3 percent (18,151) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Milwaukee South News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 11,743-to-11,341. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,817 females and 2,320 males.
