The St. Francis Public School District has launched a new podcast called the Mariner Podcast, hosted by Superintendent Dr. Kerr. The series aims to share stories and achievements from across the district, highlighting students, staff, alumni, and community members who contribute to what is described as the spirit of “Mariner Nation.”

In its most recent episode, the podcast features four alumni from St. Francis schools. The district encourages listeners to tune in for insights into their experiences.

Deer Creek Intermediate School, which is part of the local educational landscape, reported an enrollment of 304 students during the 2023-24 school year. This number represents a 1.9% decrease compared to the previous year according to data from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (https://dpi.wi.gov/).

The school’s enrollment figures are consistent with state records that confirm a total of 304 students enrolled at Deer Creek Intermediate School for the current academic year (https://dpi.wi.gov/).

“Each episode features students, staff, alumni, and community members whose experiences reflect the pride and spirit of Mariner Nation,” said Dr. Kerr.
