With three fully automated systems and a mill-turn machining center, Hermle is combining tradition with innovation. All models will be exhibited in GEN2 design, each featuring various machining examples. At the “Technology Development” stand, hardware and software components, digitalization projects, and milling/machining cycles will be showcased. The exhibition will take place in Hall 12 at Stand C 30 of Maschinenfabrik Berthold Hermle AG from Gosheim.

The 5-axis machining center C 12 GEN2 comes with the robot system RS 05-2, capable of handling workpieces weighing up to 10 kg. It also stores numerous individual parts in different storage modules. An aluminum medal is being machined that can serve as a PIN magnet.

The C 32 GEN2 model includes the upgraded robot system RS 2 GEN2, with enhancements made to meet customer requirements. Hermle has released a detailed press release on this system: PI13052025.

The C 400 GEN2 features the handling system HS flex hybrid for economic production of components weighing up to 450 kg. The system transports pallets and vises from the setup station to storage modules or working areas. It can be adapted to six different machine models and configured with one or two storage modules. A detailed press release on this system is available: PI14052025.

The C 42 MT GEN2 model from the mill-turn series is equipped with the Siemens Sinumerik ONE control for integrating various turning technologies.
