Bryan Steil, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 1st district since 2019, shared a series of announcements regarding legislative developments on his social media platform. Steil, who succeeded Paul Ryan, attended Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In a post dated March 26, 2025, Steil shared a tweet thanking several colleagues for their involvement in introducing the STABLE Act. In his tweet, he said, ” STABLE Act introduced! Thanks to @RepFrenchHill, @RepRitchie, @GOPMajorityWhip, @RepHuizenga, @RepMeuser, @RepYoungKim, @RepTimMooreNC, @RepTroyDowning, @RepJoshG, @RepHaridopolos and @RepLiccardo.”

On March 28, 2025, Steil announced the schedule for a stablecoin markup. He tweeted, ” The day is set! Stablecoin markup next Wednesday 10am! Tune in!”
