Bryan Steil, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 1st district since 2019, recently shared his views and activities on social media. Steil, who succeeded Paul Ryan in office, has a background in law with degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

On February 9, 2025, Bryan Steil emphasized border security measures that he believes would benefit Wisconsin. In his post, he stated: “Reinstating stay in Mexico, ending abuse of the parole system, restoring border wall construction, and making sure we secure the U.S. – Mexico border will have a real impact in Wisconsin.”

On February 11, 2025, Steil announced his leadership role in an upcoming subcommittee hearing focused on digital assets and related technologies.
